Fantasi Created is committed to delivering your order as quickly and efficiently as possible. Because many of our products are custom-made and operations are run by one individual, processing and shipping times may vary depending on the item and order size.
Orders are typically processed within 2–7 business days for standard items. Custom and team orders may require additional processing time, generally ranging from 5–21 business days, depending on the complexity and quantity of the order. Processing time refers to the time it takes to create and prepare your order before it is shipped.
Once your order has been shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Standard shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Please note that these timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once their order has been shipped. Fantasi Created is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Please ensure that all shipping information is entered correctly at checkout. Fantasi Created is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
For team orders or large custom orders with specific deadlines, we recommend placing your order well in advance. If you have a time-sensitive request, please contact us prior to placing your order to confirm whether your timeline can be accommodated.

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can assist in resolving the issue.
