REFUND POLICY

At Fantasi Created, each product is designed with care and attention to detail. Because many of our items are custom-made, our refund and return policy is structured to reflect the personalized nature of our products.
Due to customization, all custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details carefully before completing their purchase, including sizes, colors, quantities, and customization selections.
For non-custom items, returns or exchanges may be accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. Once reviewed, Fantasi Created will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow at least 5 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your financial institution.
Orders cannot be canceled once production has started. If a cancellation request is made before production begins, it may be approved at our discretion.
Fantasi Created is not responsible for issues related to incorrect sizing choices, color preferences, or failure to review product descriptions before purchase. We encourage customers to reach out with any questions prior to ordering.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and Fantasi Created is not responsible for lost or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.
